Bring your chairs if you would like to sit and watch practice.
Bring plenty of WATER, WATER, WATER for your kids. It is very important to keep them hydrated, particularly when it is still very warm. One bottle is probably not enough. A small cooler is not a bad idea, or at least some way for your child to have something cool to drink.
Please do not leave your child at practice without someone knowing you have left the grounds and your cell phone number. Preferably, one of the managers should know. Don’t expect the coaches to take this responsibility as they have enough to worry about. If weather gets bad, we have the unfortunate situation of an injury, decide to knock-off practice early, or anything else, we need to reach you immediately.
This one is probably obvious but still some forget. Shin guards are a must at practice too. Often times, scrimmages will occur in some form or fashion. Certain drills with teammates can make one wish they had their shin guards on. As they say at American Express, "don’t leave home without them!"
